Sonia Gandhi's Biography

Sonia Gandhi, the President of the UPA GOVERNMENT or Congress Party was born in a modest Italian family. She is the third woman of foreign origin to hold a prestigious post after Neil Sengupta and Annie Besant. She was married to Late Prime Minister, Rajib Gandhi who was assasinated by LTTE. DEspite the fact that LTTE cadets have assasinated her husaband she awarded clemency to one of the LTTE cadets who is found guilty to be involved in the assasination. The accused was the mother of a child and now serving imprisonment. With her apprehension and genuine good will she has been able to defeat her opposition party the second time. I am not a candidate of congress party neither I am politically involved but i am writing this blog from my individual point of view. Her personality has no matches in the political world and she has brought reform in the political world. I have heard that she also have refused to meet US diplomats once when George Bush was President only to avoid controveries.
